AGI Investors Have Opportunity to Join Alamos Gold Inc. Fraud Investigation with the Schall Law Firm

The Schall Law Firm, a national shareholder rights litigation firm, announces that it is investigating claims on behalf of investors of Alamos Gold Inc. (“Alamos” or “the Company”) (NYSE: AGI) for violations of the securities laws.

The investigation focuses on whether the Company issued false and/or misleading statements and/or failed to disclose information pertinent to investors. Alamos revealed on June 18, 2026, that its Young-Davidson operation “experienced two seismic events, with one occurring at an active mining front” which caused infrastructure damage to its mining. The Company added that it “expects Young-Davidson production to be lower than anticipated for the second quarter and in-line with the first quarter” and “is revising its second quarter production guidance to between 130,000 and 135,000 ounces, reflecting the shortfall at Young-Davidson.” Based on this news, shares of Alamos fell more more than 11.8% on June 22, 2026.
